Optimance was born through Lizz having twenty years of experience in working in organisations and seeing opportunities to drive improvement, challenging the status quo, and promoting initiatives that would enhance the company in alignment with their strategic goals.
Historically, Lizz started her career in programme and project management but has since been involved in significantly important procurements within Construction, including National Highways Regional Delivery Partnership, and HS2 MWCC. Whilst the majority of her career was spent in Highways, she has since diversified into built environment and more recently nuclear.
